Before You Book

No tipping is expected or accepted. All listed treatment prices are before GST; applicable GST is added to the listed rate.
Preferred payment methods are Debit and E-transfer. Credit cards can also be accepted when needed. Contact Heather before your appointment if credit card is your preferred payment method.
We currently accept direct billing through a wide range of insurance providers and benefit plans. See the Insurance Providers Accepted section for the current provider list. Direct billing availability depends on the client’s individual insurance policy and the insurer’s online system. Clients are responsible for confirming their coverage and for any portion of the treatment cost not covered by their plan.
